General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Malaysia. Any deliveries outside of Malaysia and to P.O. Boxes are not available.
Delivery Time
Estimate delivery time for products that are in stock are 10 working days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
For items that are pre-order, the estimate delivery time for the products are 4-8 working weeks subject to the availability of stock from the publisher.
For customers buying from the School Booklist and wish to collect from the School Bookshop, an estimate of 2 to 3 working days before collection can be made. An e-mail will be sent to inform you that your order is ready for collection.
Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Above are the shipping fees for the delivery :-

· Courier (For purchases below RM100): RM15.00
· Courier (For purchases RM100 and above): Free of charge**
**We only provide free shipping to areas in the Klang Valley including Rawang, Sungai Buloh, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Kajang, Klang, Banting, Semenyih and Nilai.
Damaged Items in Transport
Contact us immediately at sblss2@sblbooks.com or WhatsApp xxxx to report the damage items. Please include in the e-mail an image of the damaged items, your name, your contact no and your order number.
